This is a geat place to photograqph native Florida wildlife such as birds, reptiles and some mammals aquatic and land. And, of course, hippos - Oh wait, there is only one hippo native to Florida and that is Lu. Lu (Lucifer from movie fame) was granted Florida citizenship a few years back so he could stay in the park (all non-native animals had to go). Lu has lived at the park since 1964.
